VIMAYA is a productivity and focus management application that helps users:

• Track and manage tasks
• Schedule time blocks for focused work
• Monitor daily productivity statistics
• Connect with friends to share progress
• Build healthy digital habits

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (tasks, schedules, etc.)
• You grant VIMAYA a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by VIMAYA
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission
• VIMAYA and its logo are trademarks of VIMAYA

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for any loss of data
• We make no guarantees about productivity improvements or results

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMAYA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIMAYA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VIMAYA regarding the App.
